To help you get the very best from eatlunch, we have detailed below our main Customer Service staff and their areas of expertise. They would be delighted to hear from you if you have any queries or need particular advice.

Peter is responsible for all the day-to-day operations on-site and is also ensuring that our Health & Safety and HACCP procedures are correct and proactive.

Ian is always on hand to help and advise on all your requirements. He can help you to explore any specific or bespoke menu or catering requirements that you have including advising on-site support for cafe or vending catering for your staff and visitors.

Peter is responsible for all our distribution services and can answer any delivery questions you may have.
Pam White Administration and Accounts
Pam keeps all our administration systems in good order and she is the very important person that you pay and who pays us.
Refrigeration & delivery of buffets
Food safety remains at the top of our customer care policy and we therefore advise customers of the following important information:
We produce food fresh on our premises every day, and follow stringent practices in the production and distribution of all food products and every appropriate measure is taken to ensure that products are refrigerated to the point it reaches your office or venue.
We strongly advise that customers consider the provision of a “catering fridge” so as foods can continue to be stored under HACCP guidelines.
To ensure that we are able to support Health & Safety regulations and provide fresh quality products with the best possible quality presentation, we will not deliver any food to sites (without refrigeration) more than 2 hours prior to the requested delivery window.
Under current legislation, food can remain at ambient temperature for a maximum of four hours and should be consumed within this period-any waste should also be disposed of immediately.

Food hygiene is our priority
The Food Standards Agency (FSA) food hygiene scheme helps consumers choose where to eat out or shop for food, by giving you information about the hygiene standards in restaurants, pubs, cafes, takeaways, hotels, and other places you eat or purchase food from. Supermarkets and other food shops are also included in the scheme.
The scheme is run by local authorities in England, Wales and Northern Ireland in partnership with the Food Standards Agency.
Each business is given a ‘hygiene rating’ when it is inspected by a food safety officer from the business’s local authority. The hygiene rating shows how closely the business is meeting the requirements of food hygiene law.
The food safety officer inspecting a business checks how well the business is meeting the law by looking at:
- how hygienically the food is handled – how it is prepared, cooked, re-heated, cooled and stored
- the condition of the structure of the buildings – the cleanliness, layout, lighting, ventilation and other facilities
- how the business manages and records what it does to make sure food is safe
At the end of the inspection, the business is given one of the six ratings. The top rating of ‘5’ means that the business was found to have ‘very good’ hygiene standards. Any business should be able to reach this top rating.
eatpure has a FSA rating of '5'!

Cancelations and amendments to orders
We cannot accept cancelations on orders on the day that the lunch is due to be delivered.
Any orders cancelled after 5.00pm the day before will attract a 25% cancelation charge against order value.
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing at least 24 hours prior to buffet requirements.
We will only accept “late order” lunches after 5pm the day before the day of your lunch or before 9.30am on the day of your lunch.
Changes and amendments to bookings already made will be subject to availability of ingredients and resources and subject to discretion at all times.
Terms and conditions
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are per person and are subject to VAT.
Paper plates & Napkins (FREE when requested) MUST be requested when placing your order.
Any non-disposable platters, bowls etc provided with your platter order remain the property of eatlunch and should be available for our collection. Items not available for our collection will be charged for at list price.
All items are subject to availability and information contained within our desk-talker menu or on our website are correct at time of production, but subject to change without notice.

Staffing
We are able to provide a full range of professional staff from £9.00 per hour, to serve and manage any size or style of event and can advise on requirements on discussion of your specific needs.
Linen
Linen, including napkins, slip-cloths and table coverings can be provided in a range of colours and sizes. We are also able to provide banqueting roll cut to size.

To get FREE Delivery on any eatlunch buffet, just call us on the day of placing your order and give us your company credit card details, we will then process this on the day of delivery through our RBS World-Pay system.
All transactions will be receipted and forwarded to you by both RBS and Eatpure Ltd.
We will not hold any personal or account information on our systems and we will not process any payment unless authorised to do so.
Please note that all buffets are able to be cancelled prior to delivery with a minimum of 24hours notice in writing and no charges will be payable by you on agreement of these terms and conditions.
Other surcharges or minimum order values may apply to some products:
> Breakfast Service
Minimum order value for breakfast service £45.00, otherwise £10.00 delivery surcharge applies.
> Hot Beverage Service
Minimum order value for hot beverage service £45.00 otherwise £10.00 delivery charge applies. If hot beverage service ordered without food a surcharge of £10.00 will apply on-top of standard published delivery charge.
NOTE: If multiple buffets being dropped to one site, we will add values together to calculate deliver costs to be paid.
Special Dietary Requirements
Here at eatlunch we are more than happy to cater for any special dietary requirements and given that we receive clear instructions and sufficient notice from our clients, can usually omit certain food types as part of any ingredients used (Nuts, Fish etc). We also now carry a special gluten free range of finger foods and breads and are pleased to be offer appropriate fillings to cater for all groups.
As we have a general production kitchen we are not unfortunately able to guarantee that ingredients that may cause allergy are not present in our working environment, as these may be part of our production process and whilst we will make every attempt to ensure separation of food stocks and wiping of surfaces, we cannot accept any liability for traces that may be found in the finished products supplied.
May we also respectfully remind customers that our production units are not Kosher Certified, although again we are pleased to offer menus that comply with any ingredients requirements (i.e. No Pork or Shellfish).

eatlunch is committed to quality lunchtime corporate catering and in continuing to bring you the very freshest food and product presentation possible.
To aid this, we have invested much time and money in developing a unique platter presentation for both sandwiches and finger foods, including breathable food safe bags, disposable platters which are biodegradable.
We also provide precise labelling, including eatlunch stickers on all products to make them readily identifiable and indeed we are now considering future developments with items such as hand wipes, printed napkins and innovative ways to ensure that each and every buffet continues to be delivered and presented to the very highest standard.
This commitment not only ensures that our food looks and tastes great it also means that we can exceed health and safety requirements and guarantee that whatever purpose product has been ordered, be it an internal meeting, training day, overseas visitors or boardroom lunch, you can order with confidence that your clients needs will be fully met.
Our platter trays are completely recyclable and the
board is produced from sustainable managed forests.
Our new stay-fresh platter bags are now made from
biodegradable film.
As well as looking stunning on your
boardroom table, our complete platter packaging can
now simply be put in your recycling bin when you have
finished eating.
All non-disposable items used as part of eatlunch buffet presentations, should be made available for our collection, after you have finished with the buffet food and disposed of any waste. (We do not require any gold platters, clear food bags or information cards).
We would request that plates be left for us to clean and be sanitised through our own dishwasher system, in order that we can comply with health and safety regulations.
Please would you inform cleaners that eatlunch buffet crockery and cutlery should not under any circumstances be disposed of and ask all staff to ensure that products are returned to the kitchen or drop off point for our collection.
We would really appreciate your support and help with the enclosed in order that we do not have to start charging companies for non-return of items and to take seriously the very real issues that exist around our environmental responsibilities.

Help with recycling
If you would like us to collect your buffet waste, this can also be arranged as an annual agreement. Within this flexible agreement package we can put bins for your buffet waste in your kitchen area, we can then collect, segregate and recycle all the buffet waste and issue you with an annual certificate of compliance for your Company’s environmental programme.

We are as a small business committed to reducing environmental waste and in avoiding wherever possible increased burden on landfill and it therefore makes it imperative that these items owned by Eatlunch can be returned as required to our premises.
We collect any non-disposable items from your work place or venue (kitchens or drop-off point) and return these to our kitchens where they are sanitised through our commercial dishwasher system. This is normally done within 48 hours of delivery of your buffet.
