Whether you would like us to help you find the perfect venue for your event (we have relationships with many of the leading event locations in the area) or you have already selected a location within our region for your event, our ‘Event Menu Selections’ are designed to give you both choice and flexibility in the style of food you would like to compliment your event.
When we meet with you to help begin the planning and preparation, we can offer guidance on serving suggestions and the suitability of each selection, based on your guest numbers, equipment requirements and the limitations and facilities at your venue. As a specialist marquee caterer, we can work in many different and difficult environments and will be able to guarantee
that your meal is cooked and presented to the very highest standards possible.

The eatpure experience
Our approach is to give you as much flexibility and choice as possible and to support your event with unrivalled care, service and attention to detail – something we like to call the Eatpure experience!
To aid this, Eatpure will of course provide you with an accurate quotation and cost breakdown of all food, staffing and related equipment, showing any additions, so as to make sure that you receive no unexpected surprises during or after the event and that you can budget properly.
We will, as part of our quotation process, visit your venue with you to ascertain if additional resources are required, this way you can relax in the knowledge that all aspects of your day have been fully considered, before making any formal commitments.
We would also be pleased to invite you to our kitchens to meet our experienced and professional team and of course, cook and present some of your menu selections. This way you can not only be delighted with the food, but look forward to your event, safe in the knowledge that one of the biggest aspects of your event is professionally represented and will be carried out with the care and passion upon which Eatpure has grown its enviable reputation.
