‘eatpure’ is our newest and the most important initiative that we have undertaken. It has been developed to meet the needs of an increasing number of customers who require premium cuisine, prepared to order and incorporating fresh, healthy and exciting ingredients including local and organic choices.
We work closely with trustworthy suppliers who share our ideals, which enables us to have confidence in our fare. We source as much seasonal, local food as possible, which helps to ensure maximum freshness and significantly reduces the mileage food has to travel to reach your plate.

Hot Pasta Bowl

- Linguini with red chilli, vine tomatoes, smoked paprika and basil.
- Penne, courgettes, baby spinach, toasted pine nuts, avocado oil.
- Spaghetti, capers, lemon, broccoli, grilled chicken breast, almonds.
All pasta dishes are freshly prepared-ready for you to re-heat

Fresh Salads

- Spiced grilled mackerel fillet, bulgar wheat, baked figs and yoghurt, mint and green chilli dressing.
- Poached breast of
free range chicken, roquet leaves, pumpkin seeds and orange segments
with
lemon vinaigrette. - Seared loin of tuna, tomato concasse, cannelini beans, parsley and grilled baby peppers with dill vinaigrette.

CHOOSE YOUR HOMEMADE FILLED ROLLS:
TWO homemade rolls per person, Choice of wholemeal and
caraway, walnut and raisin or pumpkinseed:
- A Locally sourced smoked bacon, vine tomato, baby spinach and crème fraiche.
- Breast of Suffolk Turkey, houmous, alfalfa sprouts and roquet leaves.
- Oak smoked Scottish salmon and avocado.
- Marinated vegetables and ricotta.
- Free range egg, homemade tomato chutney and cucumber.
AND WE'LL ADD THESE FINGER FOODS:

- A Skewers of free range chicken breast marinated in chervil, saffron and wild garlic.
- Trout, lime and caper fishcakes with cucumber relish.

Bamboo Benefits...
Our ‘eatpure’ buffets will be supplied in recyclable, bio-degradable packaging and our plastic cutlery has been replaced with bio-degradable bamboo cutlery - although you wouldn’t guess to look at them!! The cutlery looks better than ever but does not contribute to the UK’s growing ‘plastic’ mountain.
