As the Coronavirus unfortunately continues to spread our priority is to keep our customers, employees and community safe, whilst continuing to offer the quality services our customers are used to with minimal disruption.

In order to minimise the impact on our business we are implementing several steps:

-
continued briefing to all employees with regards to Govt. guidelines on self-isolation
-
additional emphasis on hand-hygiene and cleansing of all premises (especially high frequency touch points)
-
dialogue with our suppliers to minimise any disruption to the supply (especially of fresh produce)
-
monitoring of any employee travel plans (with specific regard to any areas listed as Category 1 risk areas).

It is important to note that as of 13/3/2020 we have had no occurrences requiring notification to PHE or self-isolation within the business

In order to help us manage through this period of uncertainty we are now asking for customers to note a change in our cancellation policy - from now on we would please ask for any cancellations to be made by 5pm two days before any delivery (e.g. 5pm Monday for a meeting on Wednesday).

We will continue to monitor the situation and to follow all advice as disseminated by Public Health England and other relevant bodies.

Thank you for your help and co-operation at this time.
