Terms and Conditions

Definitions:

Working Day – Monday to Friday

​

Ordering: Orders are accepted up until 5pm the working day before delivery is required. Orders can be placed either via our website at www.eatlunch.co.uk or by emailing buffets@eatlunch.co.uk

Products, Specification etc: As we are providing fresh food and rely on our suppliers we reserve the right to change the specification of products as required by availability of supply

​

Prices: Prices as shown on the website and brochures exclude VAT which will be added as appropriate at the prevailing rate in force at the time of invoicing.

Cancellation: Orders must be cancelled before 5pm the working day prior to delivery, cancellations after this time will be fully chargeable.

Delivery: We will always endeavour to deliver as close as possible to the requested time, and will not deliver more than 2 hours before that time. As our buffets are all delivered in our refrigerated vans the FSA states that items should be fine to be left out at room temperature for up to 4 hours. (The exception to this is where we know that the customer has refrigeration available to store the buffet in which case we may deliver earlier if necessary).

If your delivery is going to be more than 10 minutes after the requested time then we will call to advise.

Delivery charges may apply as per the information provided and periodically updated on the Delivery page of our website.

Payment: For customer without an account payment is required at the time of ordering, we process credit card payments using a 3rd party payment gateway who is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider, Eatpure Ltd do not store your credit card details at any point in the process.

For account customers payment is due as per the terms agreed and detailed on the invoice provided. Payment can be made either by credit card, BACS transfer or cheque.

Events beyond our control: We will not be responsible to you for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.

Losses: We will not be responsible to you or any third party for any business loss (including loss of revenue, profits, contracts, anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, data or goodwill) or any other loss or damage which does not result directly from our actions, is consequential or was not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when the contract between us was formed.

Our liability to you under these On-Line Shopping Terms and Conditions will not exceed the total price charged for the items purchased. Nothing in these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions excludes our liability to you for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.
